“My name is Allen Woods, and I am serving a 180-month sentence for non-violent marijuana charges.
I work with a nonprofit organization called the Men of Tustin — we're in nearly 50 states, and we focus on mentoring and reform.
What I'm looking forward to is embracing my family, my children… and getting back to my activism. I want to continue helping senior citizens and kids in the neighborhood — to talk with them about incarceration and breaking the law, and how to avoid this path.”
Allen Woods is a 63-year-old father and activist. He was deeply involved in community mentorship before his incarceration, working to uplift vulnerable families and prevent youth incarceration.
Now he sits in federal prison for cannabis, while the legal market flourishes without him. He doesn’t belong behind bars — he belongs with his family and back in his community.
Bring Allen home.
It’s time to end the hypocrisy and demand justice for cannabis prisoners. Join us today.
